Trash Collection 

Trash is picked up on Wednesday, Recycling is on Mondays.

Internet, Telephone & Cable

Service is provided by Hotwire and your dues to the master association help provide coverage.  Please contact Hotwire at 800-355-5668 for questions on the service packages. 

Association Fees

The Association fees include Property Management and  Common Area Maintenance.  All Condo owners pay association fees to both the condo association and the master association.  These are separate payments.
