Barletta at Bella Terra includes condominium homes within a larger, resort-style community.  Built around 2006, the homes are located within a low-rise building. This is a gated, activity community with a number of recreational options for residents.  The homes within this development are Mediterranean-style, with most homes featuring lake or nature preserve views. 

Amenities of living within Barletta at Bella Terra include a clubhouse with a library, game room and planned activities, including fitness classes and a 24-hour fitness center.  In addition, there is an inline skating rink directly outside the clubhouse, as well as a playground and two community swimming pools.  Other options include the tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, and the Bocce ball courts.  There are also basketball courts on the property, in addition to an activity field.

Bella Terra is a beautiful inter-generational community conveniently located 3 miles east of I-75 in Lee County, Florida. The Habitat CDD provides local government services and maintains the public infrastructure. That includes the storm water management system, lakes, preserves and roadways. The Habitat CDD was established in April, 2003 and is 100% built out.

The community consists of 1,899 residential units which are surrounded by 100 acres of tranquil lakes and 400 acres of conservation preserves.  Of this, 336 units make up the  the Condominiums at Barletta Association, Inc.
